Im off to A&E because I cant get my young child seen to at this practice any day 24/7, 365. If you ring at 8AM as instructed, no appointments & no advance bookings. Try to book online, it doesnt work either. I could honestly fix Biddulph Doctors booking system in 5 minutes flat. How do I get a meeting with the people in charge?

Have been with this surgery for 2+ years since moving to the area and have always found them to be helpful, professional and provided excellent care to myself and my family

Recently visited after finding my hearing had gone in both ears. While I suspected they needed syringing it was confirmed by the doctor. However due to covid 19, they are unable to perform this procedure and prescribed drops to help. This could take up to two weeks to get better. When I say I couldn't hear i mean it was that bad I had to take my sister with me as I really could not hear anything. So at home I'm now worried that if during the night my smoke alarm goes off I wont hear it. While I understand the covid reasoning imagine my shock when I actually find out I can go to my local hearing centre and get my ears syringed, at a cost of course, and even during covid. I've paid my national insurance all 35 years of my working life, and rarely do I call upon the services of my local doctor. I know is probably not just biddulph doctors, and it will be the guidelines of the NHS, but seriously there needs to be an element of common sense.

Having resided in numerous parts of the UK from Caithness to the Channel Islands and lots of counties in between I have over my 75 years used numerous medical practices and doctors surgeries. I can truthfully say without any shadow of doubt that Biddulph Doctors outshines all. Appointments are on time staff are helpful and friendly the premises are light clean and airy
