Keen are constantly cancelling our appointments. We've had probably 4 appointments cancelled in the last year never happened before that. I rearranged the kids appointment and it's over 2 months to get another. I wanted them to have this check up as there's a couple of problems I wanted to ask about but again l cannot.

Disgusted at the service I have received from this dental practice. They cancelled my appointment on the day I was due to go in, as they have deregistered me as a patient because I missed an appointment due to being in hospital. They booked me in due to terrible toothache after I explained that I had been in hospital due to complications after an operation. Then on the day of the appointment they called me to say Mr Keen would no longer accept me as a patient. The moral here being, don't dare be ill, because if you are they will happily deregister you to make way for a non-nhs patient that they can make more money from! Clearly there is no Hippocratic oath amongst dentists, money is the clear driver with this greedy practice! Avoid at all costs!

Great experience as usual visiting this superb dental practice. Julian his usual cheerful reassuring self . Great facilities for my wheelchair bound husband who has thoroughly enjoyed his 'outing to the dentist' today. A big thank you to all the really helpful staff. Just one point though could you please turn the heating down in the waiting room it's far too hot.

Julian is always friendly and puts my 80yr old mum at ease and his very gentle and caring when administering any dental treatment.

Phoned keen dentist for an appointment I had to wait 6 weeks to be seen. Went along to that appointment and was in the treatment room all of 10 minutes which cost 65 to be told I have to wait another 4 weeks for treatment I explained I was in pain but that fell on deaf ears. So I go to appointment 4 weeks later to then be told they had cancelled it due to dentist going home they have no contingency in place for this type of thing but if you miss your appointment they strike you off there register an absolute appalling service Should be took off the NHS list
