As a Solar design and installation business, our previous approach was to provide unlimited free expertise and advice, send out quotes to everyone and anyone, and follow up on those quotes, only to find later that people who enquired with us either wouldnt take our calls, or had ordered poorer solutions elsewhere, or were still thinking about it 6 weeks, 6 months, or 6 years later. Yes, some people would order from us, but we also wasted vast amounts of time building up a huge quotation pipeline of almost entirely uncloseable business.
The Sandler system encourages you to seek the truth, not the sale. It trains you to identify quickly when an enquirer doesnt have a problem painful enough to be worth solving, or doesnt have the budget to do so, or wont be able to give you a decision. By finding out early who isnt ready, willing, or able to place an order with you, you can make sure your prospects dont waste time going down any blind alleys, and make sure your time doesnt get wasted going with them.
The breakthrough for me was when I learned to make appointments the Sandler way. This has transformed my productivity and, combined with the other Sandler principles, has doubled my turnover. Today, we make fewer appointments, but the conversion rate from appointments to orders is now over 80%.
Anyone who brings new customers into their business owes it to themselves to look at the Sandler method and use it to save time and transform their productivity. I can highly recommend Roy and his colleague Matthew of Sandler for their outstanding training and coaching services.

Have you ever met someone who is frustratingly good at everything they do?
Matthew Dashper-Hughes is one of those people.
Believe it or not, I don't think it's a fluke.
After completing his intro to Sandler sales training, it became evident that training was much more than just a job to Matthew, but a way of life.
If you're looking for a 'hack' or get rich quick scheme, then you should look elsewhere. But if you want a framework to succeed with sales and management, and even extend that success into your daily life, then I implore you to start a conversation with him.

I use Sandler Foundations in my working life to help me shape business decisions and ensure I am continually evolving my sales pipeline for the good of my business profitability. Without Sandler Foundations, I believe I wouldnt be as far ahead with my business as I am now. And even though I have completed Sandler Foundations, Roy has not stopped supporting me and being available at the end of the phone over the last 18 months or so.
