Louise foxall ........not sure if she works for you or rents a space..... just want to make you aware as my partner as been to her for treatments advertised at a set price and it didnt take so went back for top up , as agreed plus on her paperwork 2nd top up is included in initial price on second visit, !!! You only pay if need to go back three times, tried to charge her another 50 But this was her 2nd top up not third then tried to say she didnt pay deposit which she paid via on line banking which my partner as proof of it going into her account She then told her get out the shop Following her outside shouting and being abusive I will be putting on her Facebook ad I run three businesses and customers satisfaction means everything to me........this is something she knows little about and lacks in experience, I want you to know as I wouldnt want this to effect you, this is a genuine complaint.
