Hi I had agnew but had bad experience unfortunately I found them not very helpful the main vet was very rude towards me. And also my horse had colic few weeks ago and the vet was very very good got him better but did say he was fat and that needed go on diet but told me to soak haylege and I did tell her it's hayledge not hay and they said it was fine to soak it but if you read on Internet or speak to another eqine person you can not soak haylege it's dangerous it can kill your horse or pony and can make them very ill . So I do think they need to get bit more experience or at least listen to owner before advising as nobody wants end up with a death of loved pony or horse .
