I found Chris after searching for someone with local knowledge of the Cheshire and Staffordshire area to assist with pre-purchase planning research for a relocation across the country from city to countryside. He has worked to a short timescale and very reasonable fee and has talked through every implication and question regarding the history of the properties and their development potential. I look forward to working with Chris once we have completed our purchase and can progress with some of the ideas we have discussed.

I first came across Chris through his delightful campsite but about 3 months later needed his planning advice. True to his word, the 200 miles between us weren't a problem. He replied very quickly to my initial inquiry with helpful information and internet links to support his comments. He asked clear questions to help clarify the issue with my rather unique project.
