Chris provided such a wonderful service when our beloved Labrador, Cocoa, passed away recently. His kindness, care and compassion was so much appreciated and made an awful time so much more bearable. We were grateful for the swift and individual cremation service which Chris provided for Cocoa and the wonderful paw print we were able to have as a memento. Small, thoughtful finishing touches were also much appreciated. We would 100% recommend Barnshaw.

Highly recommend these lovely people. Their service is second to none with the upmost respect for your Pet and you. Nothing appears to be a problem for them and the whole process at a very difficult time for most is made so easy at a time when perhaps your world has fallen apart. They really do understand your grief and more importantly they love animals. You will get the very best conclusion to your loss, and they have a wonderful finishing touches.

The loss of my beloved Sarah after 15 years together, my first experience with the crematorium, I was very lost. Fortunately, I found such wonderful, caring and helpful people as Di and Chris. Di explained everything to me in detail, they accommodated our difficult schedule of the day. They both showed understanding and genuine compassion and I can fully recommend their services.
