        My son's case was complicated with details hard to remember as the alleged offence happened so long ago. Before the hearing David met with us to identify the most important points. On the day, David met with the prosecution and magistrate before the hearing and it became apparent that the CPS had made dreadful errors. My son and I both gave evidence and my son was found not guilty. David put foward costs for us which were agreed. Without David's support and ability to discuss the case with the prosecution and magistrate on the day, the errors would have come as a complete surprise to us. We would not (could not) have been prepared and I don't believe we would have got the positive outcome we did. My son left the hearing with 2 counts of failing to provide details removed from his licence and can now continue to work and get on with his life. Thank you David for all your help and advice.

        This guy is a crook. He represented me in a case at the SDT. His representation was diabolical. He failed to make simple points of law and made false statements to the SDT which damaged my position resulting in losing the case. He ignored my complaints about his representation and then made further false statements. I will be prosecuting him for breach of SRA rule in due course
