Only stopped here for fuel but handy even when closed as pumps can be operated by using your debit card

There is a lovely lady on the till who always has a smile and is polite and friendly would be good if she could train some of the other staff to have her manner. I wanted to hire the lorry which is 120 a day but was told that due to it being the bank holiday I would actually have to hire it for 4 days at a cost of 480 . So they expected me to pay 360 to store it for them I guess . But obviously that is their choice however the dismissive way I was treated wasnt pleasant and I wouldnt have left a review just based on that however have been in since and found them rude. My pet hate is bad customer service a smile and politeness costs nothing yet makes a huge difference. So for me I would rather go out of my way to be treated better which is a shame as I like to support local businesses.
