I had an issue with a faulty motorhome water heater. Tom's tenacity and patience with it eventually resolved it despite the heater manufacturer complicating everything. He was friendly and professional. I would recommend Kings without a moments hesitation and will be using them again.

were supposed to come on monday to fix caravan blind didn't turn up so phoned them,they got back to me wednesday to rebook after they had, had a problem

Really excellent service. We arrived on a caravan site for a planned 5 night stay over the Christmas break to discover that our heating wasn't working :-( We phoned Tom and, after talking us through some things we could try ourselves, he came out to us at about 5pm on the 22nd December. While he wasn't able to fix the problem, he did diagnose a defective pcb board, and he was able to find one that he could get delivered before Christmas. After spending about an hour with us, Tom left, to return when the board was delivered to him - which turned out to be about 11am on Christmas eve. He turned up, fitted the new board, fired up the boiler and left us with heating (greatly appreciated after two days without heat). Tom then took the defective pcb away - and then, at our request (and his cost), he sent it off to our usual dealer so that they could initiate a possible warranty claim on our behalf. He couldn't have done any more for us. Thank-you Tom. Service: Electrical
