Awesome guy! Fitted me some Metzeler Karoo Street and disposed of my old tyres. Price was spot on! Took minutes to whip the wheels off, old tyres off and new tyres on. Spotted a dodgy bolt, that I had missed. I'll get to that today. Quick facebook message reply, which is great. Came back with a quote super quick. Rode the bike there, no whining unlike some tyre places, that my tyres were dirty. Good chat with Him about tyres, bikes and riding.

Got my first big boy bike and was nervous about getting it serviced. I was recommended Black Crow King . Very happy with the service and price. Alex even spent the time to explain things to me and will use him again to service my bike. Highly recommend!!

Alex has been really helpful from the moment I contacted him, regarding checks on the bike willing to show me things if it helps. Fitted tyres quickly, and on a day and time that suited me. Great service, thank you for your time and brilliant communication throughout.

Came down to Welshpool last weekend in terrible weather. Rain rain rain.. On the way down maybe 30 miles out from Welshpool I picked up a bit of random metal in the rear tyre. Made it to destination but hooping from petrol station to petrol station to pump slow puncture up. Found Black Crow online and whatapped Alex late that night. First thing in the morning Alex responded. After a bit of faffing, on my part we got to Alex, there were 6 of us so I sent the other 5 off for brekky and Alex got on with the repair. 40 later the tyre was fixed. I thought that really reasonable as Alex could have charged me anything really as I was stuck! Really nice guy, very friendly and chatted away whilst he did the repair. I 100% reccommend Alex and would use without hessitation. I Alex was up in London he would be my go to for all things bikes related! Thank you so much Alex.. Appreciate you getting me out of trouble!
