        not impressed as I was not notified the water would be off untill 8pm, and perhaps beyond tonight. Iam 81 years old. not good enough

        Not sure why there have been so many bad reviews, my customer service experience of ESW has been superb. I guess everybodys experience is different, mine has been brilliant.

        Still unable to access e billing account, absolutely useless having to phone more than four times, and wait up to 30 minutes, then eventually ring back. Promised all sorted. Now address non existence, they managed to bill me here, though.

        We do have water, there are usually no issues. But i pay the bill every month and i need a utility bill for a mortgage. They said I cannot have it. The bill i can access online has my email address on it, not my actual address. Everyone needs utility bills for things in the UK so i do not understand why they refuse to provide utility bill with an address when i have to pay every month.
