If you're suffering from aches, pains and discomfort, Sam is the lady for you! I've been to heaps of osteopaths, physiotherapist etc but the pain always returned and lingered! After booking a block of sessions with Sam, its now a year on and I can honestly say she changed my life, no more intense neck pain or tightness and my back is nowhere near as stiff as it used to be! Sam has so much knowledge tips and tricks to offer, so please listen to her advice. Definitely will be back if I ever need a professional friendly kind and quality massage therapy.

I had a series of massages to get me through marathon training - Sam helped speed up my recovery and minimise pain. Made my training much better and I always looked forward to our appointments as it was a much needed relief. Highly recommended

I've seen many professionals in the area (osteopaths, acupuncture, physiotherapy etc) but none sorted out my chronic neck pain like Sam did. Her depth of knowledge is immense and her holistic and thorough approach is second to none. Excellent customer service and I always leave feeling wonderful.
