        We have been living in Kent for last over 20 years and this is the best pharmacy we found. Had a very pleasant experience dealing with pharmacist, Sandip Patel. Sandip has excellent listening and analytical skills, asked good questions around symptoms and recommended the best way forward. It did save a trip to GP more than once and in a way less burden on GP when GPs are already under pressure especially post Covid. Community needs more pharmacist like Sandip who are so knowledgable, skilled, experienced and above all possess a great positive attitude to genuinely help people. Wish all the very best to Sandip and his excellent team !!

        The pharmacy is very disorganised with prescriptions, taking a long time to find anything and normally losing some items. They say that a prescription will be in the next day but when you turn up it transpires that they haven't even ordered some of the items. Avoid this pharmacy if you need any essential prescriptions reliably or quickly.
