PC Headache?

Approached with a broken laptop screen. The service was excellent and his communications with ongoing aspects of the repair was great.

Had an issue with task bar and some corruption on the computer talked me through it on a call, exchanged emails and WhatsApp brilliant advice and really helpful! All issues appear fixed off of his advice! Many thanks! Would 100% use again and recommend to friends family.

Based on the good reviews, I contacted Christ to sort out a small problem on my elderly computer. Unfortunately the transport to his house caused the non-standard power supply to fail. However, in a couple of days he had tracked down a replacement, fixed the overheating problem and cloned my hard disk on to SSD memory. And he kept me up to date with progress which was a real bonus. My PC was returned and tested before he departed. While I hope I don't need to contact him again in the near future, I would certainly do so if needed and I would recommend his skills to anyone with computer related problems.

Had a problem with the set up of a gaming PC on a Saturday afternoon. A friendly, and helpful conversation over the phone really helped us to identify problems. Takes a special sort of customer service to be so helpful on the end of a phone to a complete stranger - I would definitely be happy to use Chris in the future.
