I took my car as bmw recall for airbags,8am in the morning.
They are in the middle of nowhere, I had to go to Bromley and spend the whole morning until midday, explained to costumer service that I don't live nearby, hoping to understand.
Nope midday and nothing happened.
They should have explained and offer a hire car or something as it is their recall.
And have a good look at the reviews, they only replied to 5 stars rating, no apologies to unhappy costumers.
