wouldnt even give it 1 star. Its an awful place didnt look after my grandad at all. Left him in dirty clothes for so long and didnt even shower him or did personal care for him which he needs help with. Always agency staff there no-one seems to know what theyre doing in there its just a disaster there hope it gets closed down because the way they treat the residents is like animals!!
