TERRIBLE COMPANY, DO NOT RECOMMEND! KKC Construction have done a terrible job at our property. They have outsourced the job to unqualified laborers who did not use damp proofing or waterproof render on the outside of our house. This had led to rising damp in our kitchen, which has damaged our kitchen furniture. They have also left a lot of their waste at the property after completion and have not removed this even on request. We have contacted them numerous times to correct what they have done, but they have stayed unresponsive once we said we need a refund or the work redoing. We have sent them letters for over 6 weeks, and they have only responded once we gave them a deadline before going to court. They have never apologized, were terrible at communicating with myself and even if I emailed them, they would only reply to my partner as I am a young non-British woman. (this suggest racism, sexism, ageism which is unacceptable in any scenario, but especially towards paying customers) TERRIBLE COMPANY, DO NOT RECOMMEND!
