Whoever answered the phone was extremely rude. Zero empathy for a sick dog. Zero regard for a worried owner. Shame as I used to engage with Erin a few years ago about my two greyhounds and she was always helpful. Sack your receptionist, that's all I can say.

Can not thank Nat enough for what she has done with our rescue dogs, even coming out at 10 30 pm, she is so full compassion and understanding, wouldn't use anyone else

Not a vet I will ever be using again. We wanted our dog to pass as painless as possible so we decided against driving him to our vet and use Pet Erin's home service as he was in pain. The vet who came put her hand in front of his face and he growled. Normal for him as he was blind and did not know her scent. he made no other action than to growl. Instead of pinching his neck and inserting the needle, she just jabbed it in. he jumped up in pain. he had not sat up until that point in 5 hours. Sge came back in after 10 minutes as he drifted off, to give him his final needle. I have been through this twice before and both dogs drifted off as I watched their breathing soften and then stop. On this occasion his body tensed and he stretched and stiffened as if he was in sever pain. This image will haunt me forever. Even when it came to his ashed we were never asked what we wanted on the plaque and when we phoned up they offered to replace the plaque with one with our wording. They got the wording wrong. They turned an already painful experience into an even more painful one.
