        We are regular visitors to the restaurant and have always been happy with the service and food but today has put us off completely. We ordered pulled ham and cheese. The ham was so fatty it could not be chewed and the bread was wet and soggy. The staff were not interested in serving and it was the worst service we have had. Hope this was a one off. A week later and still no phone call so I can only assume your reply below was for show. So people checking reviews think you are actioning complaints.
