Ear Microsuction Clinic

I first met Jo a few weeks ago when she dropped off her business card at my work place for us to give out to patients; at that point, never did I ever think that I myself would need her help! Our work Audiologist checked my ear as I'd been having some problems and said that I'd probably need a wax removal, so when my ear became blocked completely 2 days ago, I gave Jo a call. She answered on the first ring and booked me in for the next day! With everything going on with Covid, it's been a lot harder to get help from your GP with regards to wax removals so I'm extremely thankful to Jo for accomodating me so quickly. Jo was wonderful! The clinic is about 30 minutes away from me but 100% worth the trip! There is parking on site so you don't need to pay for it, which is a plus! I was put at ease straight away and made to feel comfortable about the whole procedure; I was even given some very good advice as a student wanting to enter the medical field! Jo was extremely professional yet super friendly at the same time. The whole procedure took about 20 minutes in total. I felt completely safe during the microsuction and the clinic itself was a clean environment - especially important during this pandemic. If you need a wax removal, I 100% recommend giving Jo a call!
