1. Communication was prompt and accurate at all times - I also really appreciated that they asked what was my preferred style of contact, and then actually respected that and kept to only emails.
2. Assessment was completed in the timescales mentioned on their website.
3. Process felt non-confrontational and non-judgemental - whilst that might be the least you would expect, it's still nice that these standards are achieved. I can't remember ever really speaking more honestly, and feeling comfortable doing so.
4. Lots of signposting to further info, and very willing to answer questions throughout the process.
I would recommend SAAS to anyone who has found themselves wondering why they seem to think/operate differently to other people, or why the world doesn't always make sense. There may be many answers to these questions, but looking inward can be a helpful starting point.
