        Disappointing customer service from such a large, worldwide and well-known company. Rang up to complain about the taste of a bar I had bought off their website (It tasted off despite being well inside its best before) I was told to write an email explaining my issue rather than the woman on the phone dealing with my complaint right there and then! The bars imo are poor value, unhealthy (imagine the amount of artificial flavourings that are used to make "birthday cake" flavour) and aren't even that enjoyable to eat. If you're after a more environmentally-conscious brand that offers the same sort of products, Id recommend Nakd or TREK, as they seem to have a customer relations department.
