Elaine is a great yoga teacher! I've signed up to her pregancy yoga classes which are very well designed. She facilitates a very good environment in her class, gives clear explanations of exercises and why it is important for the pregnant women to do them and classes are always different with a lot of different poses and intentions. I definitely recommend Elaine's classes to all pregnant ladies around Bicester!

I have been attending Elaine's yoga classes for several years. Her instructions are really clear and she has a very calming voice. She starts and finishes on time. The classes have the right balance of being gentle and challenging for me. Elaine is imaginative with visualisations and relaxation. I particularly like her use of colours when visualising. I feel safe under her instruction and always refreshed at the end of her class. Yoga always seems to give me what I need that day.

I really enjoy Elaine's classes because she provides clear instructions with alternatives where appropriate incase anyone has physical limitations. Elaine is very knowledgeable, professional and gentle.

I always leave feeling significantly calmer than when I arrived. Elaine is a very knowledgeable and considerate teacher and her lessons are a pleasure to attend.

I was sceptical about starting yoga but it has changed my life for the better. Elaine makes my body do things I never thought it would be able to do in a laid back, friendly, and non competitive atmosphere. It had helped me to manage my back pain and helped me deal with stress. I am now a yoga advocate and recommend this class to all ages and abilities. Thanks Elaine!
