I was new to yoga when I first attended Rachaels classes, so I was a little bit apprehensive, but I had absolutely nothing to worry about! Rachael is so welcoming, and is excellent at talking the class through each new pose or sequence, letting us know variations that we can do if we are struggling or have health issues, and ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and included. Because the class numbers are small, it always feels like youre getting together with a group of friends, rather than being an anonymous face in a large class, and Rachael quickly became my friend, rather than just my yoga teacher. If youre thinking about taking up yoga, but feel a bit anxious about joining a class, I highly recommend visiting Rachael, you wont be disappointed!
