The Apartment

Everything in the apartment you want in your home. Many products you can buy in the village so we soon went shopping after our cappuccino and croissant, the sales and marketing team do their job very well because I admired and lusted over it all. The smell of Dr Vranjes candles creates such a homely and luxury feel. Really enjoyed touring the apartment and cant wait to visit again.

Natalie (Personal Shopper) at Bicester Village always goes above and beyond to make my visits at Bicester Village stress free. I visit bicester village a few times a year with the most recent visit being Wednesday 21st December (a few days ago). I genuinely was driving and decided I was going to go bicester and despite being last minute Natalie still managed to pull strings in the shops I wanted to visit and offer me that VIP service / great customer service. This service is always key for me because its stress free and makes my shopping experience much easier especially during the Xmas period. Finally there was a jacket at moncler that I wanted but unfortunately I was not around to purchase on Thursday (yesterday) with there only being 1 size 6 left. However despite Natalie being occupied with other guests especially in this super busy period and Im on a flight using wi-fi, she still went above and beyond to make it happen. I did think its my own fault as I was undecided in the Wednesday but woke up Thursday wanting it and with only 1 size left for their trade mark Maya fur giubbotto jacket - I thought there was no chance. However Natalie still found a way to secure the jacket for me and via a secure payment link was able to purchase the jacket which made my day. Thank you.
