I took my boy bane when he was feeling very poorly and had to be put to sleep a lady who's name I cannot remember I am sorry helped me threw the process from making the decision right thew to planning his cremation and bringing my boy home please pass on my thanks to this very kind and professional lady. Oh and when I collected my boy the lady's in the reception were so kind and professional Once again many thanks
