Bicester cars Ltd

Nazam Hussain drove my friends and I to Oxford station, after we missed our first train. We were worried we would miss our next train from Oxford but he got us there safely and in time. He went above and beyond to provide great service and made sure we got on the train. Would definitely book again, a true gentleman.

I complained about another taxi firm so I am fussy but this firm so far been very good. We use regularly. They are on time, they phone if they are going to be delayed by 5 minutes. I given 5 stars cos they the best taxis so far that we have used recently.

Their prices are not consistent, I asked for a taxi from Buckingham to Bicester and was quoted 34 pounds, previously it was 22 pounds and about the same time. Went to another Bicester taxi company who are doing it for 24 pounds. I wont be using them again

Appalling Customer service!! I had a booked a taxi through the whatsapp function which seemed to work well. Upon arrival I had not been given a registration number, however a driver called me and I got into his car, however at this point a different taxi driver started shouting, saying I was in the wrong taxi (how did the current taxi driver get my number). Somehow both of these drivers had my mobile number and were shouting at me that I had done something wrong. To be honest I took no notice of it and set off in the current taxi, I had merely messaged Bicester cars and asked for a taxi, how can that be my problem ? After this i received an angry message from Bicester cars saying I had wasted fuel and the drivers time, even though Bicester cars had clearly dispatched two cars. do not use this company if you want stress free travel.
