Have had boots fitted by Colin a while go now and have been back to have some adjustments made and cannot fault his expertise and customer service truly the best bloke in the business cant recommend enough!

A huge thanks to Colin and SF4 for fitting the rear entry Nordica HF 110 and allowing me to ski without pain for the first time in decades! My boots are so comfortable, there is no foot pain, no calf fatigue. I cannot thank them enough for giving me back the slopes!

Terrible service. Politely rang and the owner Colin answered. Asked if he was able to fit me in as the place was recommended to me. I was not pushy but asked if there was anyway possible they could fit me in and he had a go at me over the phone. Disgusting behaviour and terrible customer service. That is not how you treat a potential customer. He started saying its not my problem that you have a lack of planning and are disorganised when all I asked was if there was availability on the 4th of March. I would advise you to seriously reconsider how you treat your customers. I understand if I was rude, but that was unacceptable. I am not the type to leave poor reviews for no reason. This is in response to your reply. I cant find a way of replying directly. Im afraid to say I was not pushy at all. I asked extremely politely whether if I paid extra you would be able to accommodate me and you were very rude. I only asked once! I even said to you on the call I appreciate you are so busy and did not mean to offend you in anyway as I was so shocked at how rude you were. I dont understand why you needed to communicate in such a manner to someone requesting your services. As I said I asked if you were available you said you were fully booked and when I asked if it was possible if I paid more you went on an unacceptable rant telling me you dont want to work extra hours and that I am disorganised ?!.. I would like to believe that I was very friendly and polite in asking you and have never ever been spoken to in such an arrogant and disgusting way when requesting a service. Your response insinuates me being rude and pushy when I simply asked if there was any possibility to fit me in if I was to pay extra ? I asked you ONCE. If you call that pushy then you do not know how to deal with customers Again responding to your edit. I see you are trying to paint a very different picture to what actually happened. I was not disappointed at all that there was no availability. That is not what is causing my frustration. I requested politely if I paid more would you be able to fit me in. New ski boots fitted by Keith Oct 22. First use in St Anton this week Feb 23. Flat, thin feet challenge! Good intermediate 57 year old skier. Day two, boots fit like a glove. Never felt like this in 44 years skiing! Very happy. Why did I wait this long!!!
