        Cafe empty but still nearly half hour wait for 2 coffees, only 2 staff on who were disinterested, most items on menu unavailable, sadly seems to have gone downhill lately, used to be really good, but Bicester has plenty of other coffee shops to choose from so unless it improves we will take our business elsewhere

        The breakfast was something else it was horrible, sausages were burnt, the beans were dry and stuck together, and the fried eggs were hard boiled, I shall not be going back

        Slow service, cold food, understaffed, no leadership, disorganised, dirty (highchairs especially). After the first bad experience I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. Big mistake, ended up leaving my food that I waited 35 minutes for as it was stone cold. Will not return
