The team at Forty Plus were incredibly helpful. What I was looking for was not straightforward, however they took the time and trouble to make the right introductions for me. I cannot thank, praise or recommend them highly enough.

The link to upload my CV from the website was broken, so I emailed my CV to the two contact email addresses on the website. I then didnt hear anything, so after a reasonable amount of time I called to follow up. I was given another email address so I sent my CV through to this one and got a prompt acknowledgement, with an arrangement made for the consultant to call me the following morning. Unfortunately, this was as good as it got. The consultant failed to call and when I got through to her shed forgotten as she was out of the office. I never managed to speak to her again! Calls subsequently went unreturned going straight through to voicemail, emails were unacknowledged. But when my partner phoned from his mobile she answered straight away! And said shed call me. And didnt. For the record I am an articulate and educated 40 plus woman with a solid business, sales and marketing career behind me. According to the Forty Plus website Im exactly the sort of candidate they specialise in getting back into work after a career break. My personal experience with this agency has been absolutely disastrous, and I would not now use them on principle.
