While the staff are always friendly, there never seems to be any sense of urgency with the speed of service and even a queue of 5 or 6 people seems to take an age to be worked through.

There have been a few staffing changes in the last couple of years. The waiting times are now ridiculously long, mainly due to one member of staff who takes ages to find the prescriptions. Then they stand and chat to customers about totally irrelevant things when there's a massive queue. People get so fed up that they walk out. There were 3 people in front of me and I waited 45 minutes to be served!!

Always very helpful, but I think if someone went down the line and took the prescription stubs by the time you get to the front of the Queue it would be done. Also maybe a line for general advice and a Line for picking up prescriptions would quicken the process? Ive never understood the one at a time approach when there is always a long queue?

Staff so friendly and helpful, have not had such a good, professional care in years could not have been better, thanks for your help.
