Ahmeys Pharmacy

I went there with my wife to collect a prescription following knee surgery. She propped open the door because there was a strong smell of urine and she was feeling faint. The pharmacist became rude and aggressive. He - and the manager, who was also rude - refused to give their names, claiming that if the pharmacist walked out no one could get their prescriptions because this was the only pharmacist in Bicester. Every pharmacy should put its customers first. If shops can do it, so can pharmacies. And if your premises stink of urine, do something about it.

Used to be great but has really gone down hill! You can see the staff are trying, but always very busy. And never seem to answer the phone. The premises is in desperate need of renovation too. The only plus for Ahmeys is that it is open late.

Absolute joke of a pharmacy, they ignore phone calls everyday. If they decided to answer the phone I could of sorted out my doctors not putting my prescription through.
