Spends more time closed than its open, and even when it is the counter staff are some of the rudest unhelpful people youll ever have the misfortune to meet.

If I could give a zero rating I would, I joined the queue (with only 2 people in front of me at 18.00 this evening. I finally got served at 18.55, nearly an hours wait, I was then told he couldnt download the PIN code sent by tx from my GP, he just shrugged his shoulders and said he didnt know why. The two ladies in front of me didnt get their medication either but I cant comment on the reasons given to them as I couldnt hear what he said, but both walked away with nothing. My issue was he stood just looking at the medication in the store room for 25 minutes (without actually doing anything)for each customer in front while there was a huge queue forming. Im sure he is a lovely man, he seemed very friendly and polite, but obviously needs more training, its unacceptable to wait an hour. I have pneumonia and felt so ill, barely able to stand, I then had to drive to Kidlington Sainsburys where I got my medication, the service as great there, I would never use the Bicester Lloyds Chemist again.

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The staff do not engage with people in the queue, a queue I stood in for over an hour. There was only 5 people in front of me. Once I made it to the front of the queue, I was ignored for 20 minutes until someone actually spoke with me. I was there to pick up a prescription Id placed in two weeks before. Between then and now, I visited on three other occasions to be told my prescription wasnt ready to collect. Disgraceful.

Staff does not have password for the emails. Waiting for the manager to text password. Apparately she has to go outside to get signal on her phone
