It's past 9am, should be open from 08.30. No one here. No sign in window. A staff member just turned up at 09.05, just to tell me she is not allowed to open without a pharmacist, and anyway she works from 9am. When I asked about the opening times she then replied I need to take it up with lloyds head office, in a rude manner. This is NOT the way you treat customers miss
