I'd like to recognise the team at Bayfields Opticians (Bicester) who recently were extremely helpful assisting with on-going issues with my eyes (and my reaction to bright lights). They performed an eye test and noted my prescription had changed aswell. Two weeks down the line, I am using my new tinted glasses to help block out bright light from my computer screens. A really wonderful opticians that want to look after you. I went in after 6 months to say my glasses weren't right and they didn't hesitate to help me out for free. Wonderful customer service with a great selection of different frames. If you're a daily glasses wearer and you don't want to look like every other Specsaver face, these are great people to go to.

After several attempts at other Bicester optics and none without the ability to give me back, I found Robert Stanly who offered me a 5-star antendent. A care with my very special eye exam, where everything was explained to me in detail and with a result much higher than expected, was incredible! Already in a store environment the service was luxurious, they helped me to choose the best type of lens for my case, without forcing the sale or just focusing on how much I would spend! The care with all the details was increasable! For Robert Sranley our eyes are the most important as well as our comfort, no matter if we spend 400 pounds or only 100! I am really happy to be your customer and will always recommend your space. Thank you very much.
