Vision Express Opticians - Bicester

Although the optician did a thorough job with my sons vision. I think he needs to be better at the way he phrases how he explains things. The way it was explained it made it seem like unless my son wears his glasses he may fall behind at school. It freaked my son out a bit and had to explain it to him when he got home that that wasnt the case. As he got a bit nervous after the optician explained that his vision might affect his education without glasses . The team were lovely. But the optician did explain the same thing a few times. It didnt feel seamless which it normally does. I really dont want to put anyone down. But if my son is made to feel nervous based on whats said I think that needs to be looked at. Sorry to say. Had great experiences prior to this.

Had my routine eye test this week. I have been a customer for four years now. Always the same level of attention by the knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble. Can't praise them enough.

Quite good, friendly staff, though the lens used in my eye test were filthy so not the easiest to actually see through. Wide selection of glasses, though mostly all the same style. Eye test seemed a bit rushed but my prescription is small and simple.
