Fantastic service by Sebastian! Very welcoming, friendly and super helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure my first proper pair of sunglasses were absolutely perfect and even tailored them to my head shape. Thank you Sebastian you are a true credit to the team and a great guy!

Absolutely shockingly bad service. Staff follow you around like youre a thief, look down on you and so incredibly rude!!! I think the staff think they work in a high end store like Gucci/Prada when its only a discounted sunglasses shop. Get a grip. The Somalian hijabi sales girl, by far the most stuck up and rudest! Will not be returning!!!! AVOID

Been today and found some nice glasses which is great service was quick and was served by Daisy however I am not happy as she said to me that she was going to chuck in some cleaning kit for my glasses which is great she didnt say any extra cost and didnt give me an option just said she was going to put them in,no worries. However when I checked my recite she charged me 10 for them without even telling me this is awful customer service skills dont even care about the customers. Shame on you daisy robbing of me its just a job at the end of the day
