We had an extremely complicated case as first time buyers. We spoke to around 11 mortgage brokers in total and Jeanpierre was the only person willing to help us. We will forever be grateful for his help in buying our first home and were happy with his fast, efficient and friendly service. At one point we didnt think it would be possible, but with lots of obstacles and JPs help, we did it and will certainly be using him in the future.

By all accounts, our case should have been super straight forward but, as Murphy's Law dictates, it definitely wasn't. We had to restart the mortgage process after the first bank's surveyor made error in their documentation and the second bank caused many long delays and several infuriatingly redundant requests. Without the tireless dedication and professionalism of Jean Pierre we would most certainly have rage-quit the process. His advocacy on our behalf was 100% worth his weight in gold. As a first time buyer in the UK, it's difficult to know what is normal. Jean Pierre was extremely patient with us, providing clear explanations each step of the way. He kept us informed with regular updates, prompt replies to our various questions, and negotiated mind-blowingly low interest rates that suited our preferences and constraints. I'm grateful to have been able to rely on his expertise throughout this messy process and wholeheartedly recommend having him on your team when you decide to buy.

Jean Pierre has now helped us with two mortgages and each time we have felt in such good hands. He has been extremely helpful in clearly setting out all our options for us and explaining the pros and cons in a way that we can easily grasp. He's also been very responsive meaning that we were able, especially on the 2nd purchase, to move things along really quickly. Highly recommend.
