Jay has been absolutely first class from the very start! The introduction email was reasurring and friendly, unlike other mortgage brokers that persistently asks you to call them, which does not suit everyone with a modern busy lifestyle. I wished I had found Jay much earlier because not only does he talk to you like an old friend, his knowledge and way of explaining the different processes is easy to understand. Embarrassingly we went through the whole process of buy to let to only cancel it last minute due to a change of mind after viewing a number of properties. Jay was patient and understanding. When the time is right, I will be back!

Jay was great. The mortgage process was explained to us in a language that we understood, unlike some other mortgage advisors. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always on the end of the phone if we needed anything, suited around our shifts. He secured us a mortgage when we ran out of hope. Thank you Jay! Jay Sarbatta has been the pillar of hope in terms of my partner and I finding a mortgage lender, and in term purchasing our first house.
