Not really happy at all....visited the store, dealt with Sonny, who assured me my laptop was repaired and they found faults and sorted the repair.....I had issues with the insurance company and due to financial reasons I couldn't collect the laptop straight away, I informed them I'd collect this pay day....went into collect the "repaired" laptop....which was costing me 180, to find out apparently they have been taken over by another person, my laptop apparently couldn't be repaired....so why charge me 180 through an invoice, much to add to my anger, I wasn't given my laptop cable back either, which I know 100% I took in with the laptop!!!! What's more annoying is if they had told me in the first place it couldn't be repaired I wouldn't have cancelled the insurance and could have just claimed for a new laptop due to not being able to be repaired! I feel I was going to be conned out of 180 as the laptop wasnt repaired when they said it had been really wouldn't recommend these guys nor would I put trust into this business!

Brilliant team. Any tech issues they are on hand - they just fix things, no drama, no technical jargon and no patronising looks. Fast, friendly and professional. Don't go elsewhere.
