Really easy to book, and really helpful. Kaiden was really good, really friendly, knew what he was talking about, very flexible and conversational but also gives you space when needed. So we felt really comfortable and at ease with him.

I was beginning to lose faith after a long, painfully slow, and frustratingly unsuccessful search for rental housing. I was told to get in touch with the business "Alexander and Co" and Mary. What else can I say other that she is a professional and a kind person. The rental home she and I viewed is excellent. With Mary, the entire process moved along quickly, flawlessly, and in a friendly atmosphere. Mary supported me and communicated with me frequently. Mary, I appreciate you very much! A big thank you to Kaiden, Clint and the team for helping with the sale of our house. Both were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. No pressure or any of the old style tactics known to estate agents! Would not hesitate to recommend them and the Bicester team who were helpful and friendly.
