First time Ive used Phillips tyres and the experience wasnt great to be honest. If you dont want damaged alloys, avoid. Seems to be a common theme within the reviews, I wish I had looked on here before going. Tyres were fitted quickly which was nice but upon getting into my van to drive out of the depot I noticed the tyre pressure monitoring warning on. I got out and told one of the staff that the tyre pressure monitoring was on. I was told I just need to reset it because the tyres have been off, odd I thought as I know my van pretty well and thats not the case normally. Anyway I got in the van and drove off, after a mile up the road the system recorded the pressures and I could then see the two rear tyres that were replaced were under inflated hence the warning showing, nothing to do with resetting the system. I really think something as basic as having the correct pressures put in the tyres should be expected. When I got home and inspected the alloys in more detail as now I had my doubts of the service provided, I noticed the diamond cut face of the near side rear alloy had been scratched during the fitting process. Not a positive experience unfortunately.

Great service and very good prices would definitely recommend . That was 3 years ago 5* this visit wasnt quite the same experience didnt use in the end 3* got my tyre replaced for the price I wanted to pay as after making a call and driving over they had only mid priced tyres but thanks as now I have found a garage il be returning to if I need tyres .
