The perfect balance of knowledge, passion for their product and outstanding customer service. We went to Hot Tubs Oxfordshire after reading previous reviews and wanting a company that would support us with aftercare. Carla and Kenny helped us through all our choices, a challenging space to locate the swim spa and kept us up to date throughout the process. No hard sales at all, just knowledgeable professionalism. We are delighted with our purchase and installation and look forward to working with them for aftercare.

I use a hot tub from Hot Tubs Oxfordshire for 6 months already. High quality product, I don't regret at all. On top of that, when I needed a support after changing water, the response was brief and helpful even when I reached out in the evening.
