        I dislocated my shoulder in the night and walked in without an appointment. They completed the first aid with painkillers and put on a shoulder brace. Then they booked an Xray at the nearest trauma centre where the shoulder was put back. All done within 2 hours. Without this centre, we would have gone to an A&E and I would have had to wait longer to be attended.

        Amazing service we had today by everyone here. Took my Grandma to check out her injured wrist. We were seen within 15 mins by a really lovely and helpful nurse.

        Disgusting behaviour of employees and front desk with total miss communication with emergency situation! Im just shocked how you can treat people this way!!!?
