        Fantastic staff all very attentive and willing to help in anyway Rob in particular helped my brother who is deaf through all processes included him and even knew a bit of sign language, very happy, much appreciated.

        My phone number had been hijacked, which I thought I had sorted out by phoning ee. However the problem was on going so I went to this shop and was seen by Ryan, who sorted it all out and reassured me that everything was now safe and secure.

        I should have written this up a few weeks ago. Just to say a massive thanks to the guys at the Bicester EE store - Rob, Sam, Ryan and Jamie - for their patience and persistence in sorting out the SIM issues my wife and I had with our phones. Got there in the end !! Brilliant customer service from them and very much appreciated. Thank you very much guys !!
