        Fantastic customer service from Carla at this store. I had a faulty item and do not live locally. The Bicester store no longer had the item in stock so Carla contacted all other outlets and found a replacement in York which is now on it's way to me! Huge thanks to Carla for a great customer experience!

        This place is so stuck up, I was told I couldn't bring my dog in unless I carried him, he's 27.5kg are you having a laugh. I hope you're happy as I couldn't come in so I spent my money elsewhere for my wife. Just one point all the others let my boy in and I spent quite a bit with them. I think you need to remember that with out us you are nothing.
