Bought kids boots took home tried on and returned next morning as too small for exchange, we were refused being told they had been worn!! My daughter had them on for no more than 2 minutes while we discussed if comfy! Emailed head office who spoke to so called manager at store and refused to exchange! Utterly ridiculous and from the moment we walked in the store the manager was looking at us in a very unfriendly manner. We now have shoes of no use and wil have to purchase more elsewhere! Customer of Hunters since I was a child.. no more!
