Bizarre store with lazy staff. Had a horrible experience where all staff looked like they dont care and hate their jobs. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she doesnt like to come to the shop floor and stays in the back all day SERIOUSLY?!?!?

This shop lost a potential sale... they seemed to have let down 2 sets of other customers who had both reserved the same individual item and it seemed tense. Two staff members of staff were so occupied by the same issue and made me wait too long. We left the store not bothering to wait as the staff were clearly not interested in helping out other people in the store.

Nobody cares inside. All talking to each other. Nobody ask me anything and all speaking other language.
