        This was the first shop I went into on my visit to Bicester on Monday. I wanted to give a shout-out to Stephanie who was so helpful and friendly. She made my visit seamless and I just wanted to say thank you to her!

        10/10 customer service!! I already had the signature thin bracelet that I purchased online and my mum wanted to get one too. I never went in with the intention of exchanging my bracelet as thought I may have to do it online, I explained my bracelet had been very loose and falls off sometimes. The customer service lady was quick to help me and exchange the bracelet straight away hassle free! So pleased and will be back to purchase more!

        The shop itself has lovely jewellery, however the STAFF!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I love this brand and I really do not want to boycott it. I'm hoping I can give this particular store another chance to redeem themselves. Staff member was not interested in helping at all. So disappointed. I had money to spend too. Not impressed
